At Maaya Flowers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every order is delivered fresh, on time, and as promised. However, due to the perishable nature of flowers and customized products, our refund and return policy is outlined below.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support immediately.
Flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:
Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos of the product along with your order number
After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable
Refunds will be processed after verification of the issue.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Recipient not available at the delivery location
Customer refuses to accept the order
Minor variations in flower color or arrangement due to seasonal availability
Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or local restrictions
In rare cases where flowers or gifts are unavailable, Maaya Flowers reserves the right to substitute items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design and quality.
